RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES TERMS

  1. If your item was received damaged, or if you received an incorrect item in your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item.  Please visit our returns portal to process your return or exchange. In order to process your return or exchange, the item must be returned unworn, unused and in its original packaging with receipt and will be subject to our inspection process.
  1. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, or if you ordered an incorrect size, color or style, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item. Please visit our returns portal to process your return or exchange.  Please note the following charges/costs associated with returning or exchanging items: 
  • If you return or exchange for e-store credit, we will pay shipping.
  • If you return or exchange for another item, you will pay shipping.
  • All returns or exchanges that are subject to #2 above will incur a $2.00 restocking fee.

In order to process your return or exchange, the item must be returned unworn, unused and in its original packaging with receipt and will be subject to our inspection process.

Otherwise, all sales are final.  No other returns, refunds or exchanges allowed.  

Processing Timeframes

In addition to the delivery/freight time to ship to your address, please also allow an additional 1 to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. 

During holidays or limited edition offers, the processing and delivery times may vary.

Please note, Fedex does not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Domestic Shipping Timeframes (States within the U.S.)

  • Standard delivery - Shipping 2-6 days
  • Expedited 2-day delivery (when available) - Shipping 2 days (not including Sunday)
  • Overnight delivery (when available) - Shipping 24 hours (not including Sunday) 

International

  • Standard delivery only - Shipping 7-14 days

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Depending on your country’s specific duty rates, you may be responsible for the payment of additional tariffs and taxes to your country in order to receive your item(s) from us.  When you check out and select your country and shipping method, you will be notified that you may be responsible to pay such a tax, duty or tariff, and you agree, by making your purchase, that you will pay such a tax, duty or tariff (if any imposed).  We shall not be responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, transfers from our carrier partners (such as DHL or UPS) to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays or force majeure once the package has departed the U.S.

ORDER TRACKING 

Orders can be tracked with the link provided in the email confirmation we send when your order ships. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS (OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS)

Some items you may want to order may be out of stock temporarily or permanently. (we apologize for that!) When this is the case, we may offer an option for you to pre-order the item. When this option is available, we will provide an estimated window of time when we expect your item to be produced and ready be to ship. You will be charged for the amount of the item, plus any applicable shipping and handling costs, as well as any taxes and/or duties (if any) at the time of pre-order.  The estimated date of availability and shipping will be indicated on the item in its product detail page, your shopping cart, at checkout and on your receipt.  We will notify you by email or text [whichever method(s) you selected at checkout] when your item has shipped. 

FREE SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free shipping offers do not include the value of gift cards when combined with a physical product.
